Anirudh is a commerce graduate with more than two decades of experience in sales and recruitments, he started his career in sales with Nestle India Ltd., and later moved to recruitments. It has been 18 years since he has been into recruitments, and has covered the entire spectrum of recruitments. He started his recruitment career with bulk hiring, and then moved on to middle and leadership hiring, he has helped organisations from diverse industries in recruiting top talents across functions like IT, Non IT including support functions and core operations.
His detail oriented approach has helped him gain client confidence. He, and his team maintain a strict vigil on all the profiles that are being sourced and shared with the clients, and ensure that all of them are exactly as per the client’s requirement and specifications.
