We start with understanding our client’s requirements in detail, do a comprehensive research on their industry and the role in question, only then start our search process to source the most appropriate candidates. After sourcing these candidates, we apply stringent filters, and do a regress interview of each candidates to understand if they have really done what they have mentioned on their profiles. Once we are completely satisfied, then we share it with our clients to ensure that our clients have to put minimal time and effort to pick the right candidate. In case there’s a gap in our understanding of the requirement (which is a very rare case) we don’t waste rime, and quickly connect with the business leaders at our client’s end to plug in the gap, and tweak our search to be on the same page, and source the most appropriate candidates.
