Admin & Facilities is also an important function for all the corporates, as the employees feel good in a well managed workplace. The maintenance, upkeep of the facility, hygiene and sanitation should be taken care of properly and the employees should not face issues with day to day office supplies and other essential requirements. If everything is managed smoothly, then they can focus single mindedly on the assigned work, resulting in greater productivity.

This requires an efficient admin and facilities team. The skills required for this function is either administrative or electrical or both to take care of Building Maintenance, Elevators & Escalators, HVAC plants, Cafeteria, Housekeeping, Office Supplies etc. We have worked on sourcing manpower for these functions as well, and have a fairly good understanding of the deliverables expected from this role.
