Once we sign up as an RPO with any of our clients. Our specialised team works hand in hand with the client’s business team to understand their requirements in detail and source relevant profiles. Once the candidates are shortlisted, then our team follows up with them for a smooth on-boarding at the client’s site.

We also offer specialised services like recruiter on demand, which means if there’s a shortfall in the client’s internal hiring team or there’s a sudden ramp up, and they want one or more recruiters to be implanted at their site from our end, then we offer them specialised recruiters who work from their facilities and support them in their hiring process.
